If you have totally no idea about web design then freewebs is a good place to start. I actually made and sold a company a freewebs site, and they were perfectly happy with it Easiest £200 ever.

However if you have a bit more knowledge, wordpress can be a good way to do it. Its primarily for making blogs, but if you buy a nice template then it changes the layout and makes it into a proper site rather than a blog. This is also easier than creating something from scratch and in my eyes looks much more professional.

And you're good to go. Keep away from Freewebs and free web hosts, for a company website.

best bet is too download dreamweaver off a torrent and just practise making templates

Takes quite a long time to get good at making templates fron scratch.

Knowledge of photoshop will help you out a lot.

Notepad ( or other text editor ) and a computer connected to the internet to host it on ( or if you don't have one some one who can host it for you ) Get a domain name ( i use 123 reg to get domain ) Then code away and your done

if u have little knowledge about coding languages like html ,css u can create dynamic web page.or there will some softwares or tools, u can design u r webpage or outsource it.
