Default Throttle bodies situation

Been a long long time since I’ve been on here but want to get the saxo running again!

I’ve fitted GSXR1000 bodies to my VTS, Clio 182 injectors and a predator ecu.

Issue that I am having is the car runs but when my foot is flat to the floor, the revs climb extremely slowly, and when I try to pull away, the car just dies.

The predator is running a previous map which had the same setup so I thought it would atleast run ok.

Any ideas? Also anyone know where I can get a lead and software for my predator?

Thanks

I would change the fuel filter and double check everything induction.

What's the chance of the map being set for a regular air intake?

If it's bogging when you open the throttle, it's not getting enough fuel.

If you drive along at a consistent speed and open the throttle briskly and it bogs, that'll pretty much confirm it. If it picks up initially, then bogs down it's getting too much fuel.

Every engine is different, you absolutely cannot use a map from another engine and expect it to work correctly

The leads are pretty standard usb to serial if I remember correctly. TunerStudio, as mentioned, is the software to map it. It's basically an MS2 megasquirt, so the drivers are available.

Mapping bodies is a dying art.

Thanks for the replies. Can’t seem to do much with the free version of TunerStudio so look like a premium version purchase.

Updated the firmware and lost the map it seems and can’t get it started now.

The map you sent me got the car going mate. Car can actually move now so it must all be down to the map now!

Wondering how much I can amend if the map with the free version of TunerStudio, any idea?

Yes, but you must have the wideband controller
