I am gping through the same problem with my s3 at the moment. It had software issues and kept rebooting it's self so I sent it back, they then sent back to me saying we haven't heard anything from you regarding the quote (that I haven't received) and said there is water damage through the usb port. So I am in the middle of jumping up and down with them now.
