I have, bulk powders is better. If your trying to bulk though don't think some bulking shakes will make a big difference, you need to eat big.

If your diets good it will only help you. I had better results from the bulk powders stuff and it's good value too. Ended up with just the shake and creatine though. These other things might work but I cba to figure out what shit and how much I always supposed to be taking and at what time lol.

I'll second Bulk Powders, much better than MyProtein, especially from a customer service / delivery aspect.

Wouldn't go for a bundle like that personally mate.

Incorporate supplements slowly, start with a mass gainer and a good multivit. And keep going with it.

You can always jncorporate nore supplements I to your diet slowly and you can gauge better what actually works for uou and what is a waste of money.

I started off with just shakes and vitamins and now take a whole range of supplements, they are of benefit but don't throw your money at them all at once.

In terms of a mass builder I had very very good results with extreme nutrition extreme mass, it tastes fine and has a few added supplements that give it good bang for its price and save you initially buying numerous supplements.

It's a good alrernative if you get the majority of your daily cals from food which I prefer to do...

http://www.dolphinfitness.co.uk/en/e...reme-mass/3478

There is also bodybuilding warehouse performance mass, that's over 1000 cals per serving so good fpr people who can't get enough cals from food!

Do you guys rate BP's powder to be better then ?

I still use MP at the moment.
Impact whey, Dextrose and Creatine. My Pre workout drink is Pulse V4 doesn't give me any sense of energy but pushing those extra reps out seems easier and I do last a lot longer.

It's mostly caffeine though so I make sure I don't take caffeine in any other time.

Anyone used BP's Complete Preworkout ?

In terms of OP's question i reckon the expensive items are just a premium branded version of the same shit maybe with a few more things inside. As people say you've just got to eat more than usual.
