I was happy with the results, there where other standard VTR engined cars that made 98/99bhp so I know the rollers where not reading over.

I will be talking to your mate in the near future about a full weld in cage, and possibly some head work

seems like getting power out of the 3 plugs is relatively easy compared to the earlier single plug

Mk2 VTR Track/Weekend Toy - EFI Rolling Road
No his was a MkII in disguise!
Edit.... 1)The cat only broke after he took it off and smashed it up.
2)his is a MKII engine but all ECU etc

Yesterday myself and Alanapone went to Curborough for a timed sprint trackday
The day started with a bacon butty and off down the M6. Arrived around 9am, and was on track by 9:15
First timed lap I did a 1:47.2, but I was still learning the layout of the track. By the end of the day my time was down to 136.3, I was aiming for a sub 1:36 but just couldn't quite get there so hopefully if we return I can shave a couple of seconds off.
Anyway enough woffle time for pictures:
Waiting to get one track:
On track photo:
Packing away:
Paid for my brother to be an extra driver on the day for his birthday present:
Cheers, im sure Alanapone will do a better write up of the day.

No update but with the trackday coming up on Friday I took the Saxo for a back lane blast. Not long into the drive and the car is running on 3 cylinders.
I limp her home to find the fuel raid had popped off slightly and injector 2s plug had become loose :s
After alot of faffing around and getting soaked in petrol the problem was solved and the car is ready to be packed for Fridays trackday at Curborough.
