Anyone have an idea of what's wrong
Car fan is constantly coming on and the temperature is always high at the minute.
I opened the radiator cap and red browny shit came out of it.
Any idea's?

Is the water oily or is it rusty? Is that emulsified oil in the header tank too?

When was your coolant last changed?
What does it look like on the underside of the oil cap?

Get a sniff test done, that'll either rule head gasket in or out.

without reading the rest..
open your oil cap and see if its there's a creamy thick residue if there is and its thick in the header thank then the head gasket has gone..
if its just watery brown it will be due to the radiator / engine needing a good flush and bleed with new coolant
you could also get a cup of water and stick a pencil into the header tank to get a little wet and then put it in the cup of water.. if you see oil on the surface (like you do on the road when it rains) then its head gasket too
