Not a fan to be honest, I had it yesterday and didn't get much off it.

It could be possible that I am too use to them though, I need to have a cup of black coffee now before taking a pre-workout.

I've tried old assault, n.o explode, super pump and iron pump in the 7+ years i've been training and assault is head and shoulders above any i've tried. Don't really like caffeine filled shit tbh.
Plus i've just had a 5 month break from all supps apart from whey, oats and my vits.

I agree with McGuire, assault is hands down better than most.

I'm currently using white flood, I rate it but it is very high in caffeine

I quite like Mutant Nox and NO-Xplode, as I'm on a low carb diet I need as much energy as possible before the gym so a pre-workout is essential along with a cup of black coffee and porridge oats just before training.

If you're taking pre workout and coffee at the same time then you need to lay off one for a while as you've obviously built up a tolerance to it.

That much artificial increase to your blood pressure is only going to have negative results on your heart. When was the last time you took your bp ?

Your 100% correct, I don't think I could function in the gym on this diet without a pre-workout / coffee to be honest.

Once I go back on bulking the pre-workout / coffee will be taken away but until then I'll stick with this lol
