Default SAXO 1.1 Forte brakes not pressuring

Hi, I have a 2002 saxo 5door 1.1 and the brakes don't work. I have changed the disks, pads, calipers and master cylinder. I have bled all 4 corners starting at the farest away but the brakes still don't have any pressure in them.

I cant see any leaks from the bleed nipples or brake lines.

Can anyone shed any light on what to do next baring in mind I am on a very tight budget.

Thanks in advance.

Does the handbrake work well?

What made you do all this work? did the pressure drop straight away or did it get worse over time?
