Pulling 160kg so soon is crazy good. How much do you weigh?

I'm a big lad, 107KG at 6ft 1. Squatting 160KG too, but my bench is a pathetic 80KG

Strange that, because I've heard and read that performance on the bench is usually more linked to your bodyweight than squat or deadlift, but my bench always lagged way behind squat and deadlift as well.

Personally I think benching is a bit pointless... OHP all the way! (which was always laughably pathetic for me!)

Just got the pecs of a little girl, I can board press 105KG but just can't get it off my chest. Working on it though

Totally agree, I hate bench day. much prefer squat day.

I'm considerably stronger with my deadlift & squat but I love Bench Press, not exactly the worlds strongest man but my bench press is pretty good for someone who body builds rather than power lifts.

If I squat/deadlift now though it's only for a minimum of 4 reps never a 1 rep max. I struggle to maintain my form when I go to my absolute limit and snap all my shit up, that's pretty much how I trapped my sciatic nerve.

Powerlifting aint my forte!

Didn't you do competitive powerlifting at one point though? And did very well?

No not me that was another Matt (Gibbo) drove the yellow submarine bmw.

This is the guy who does my workouts/diets, he is an absolute animal, I'd love to one day be that strong but it's not gonna happen. Really got me into logging my lifts, something I was lazy with before. Really helped up my strength though.
