1) Im not happy because of the abusive txts i have been having, totalling around 100 txts off the OP
2) The OP tampered with the packaging to make me look bad, even though this thread isnt even about bad packaging.
3) The OP has accused me of being a scammer, he even said in one txt that he doubts there is even a bonnet.
4) I have apologised on several occassions.
5) I have left the decision to paypal because i no longer want to deal with the OP because of his arrogance and abusive attitude towards me calling me a liar and a scammer.
6) WE still havent seen evidence of the bonnet being badly damaged, except the the corner which was damaged by the courier.
7) If the Op had put clear pictures of the bonnet unwrapped showing evidence of it apparentely being in such poor condition then i would have held my hands up and refunded him upon return of the bonnet.

Hmm i didnt say i wrapped it like shit,i said i wrapped it adequately. Even padded the corners. This isnt a packaging competition, if i thought he wanted the packaging to LOOK good aswel i would have put nice pink bows on it

1. You deserve a kicking up the arse. If that comes accross as abusive texts then fair play. If it takes 100 texts to get his point accross then fair play.
2. This thread is about your poor customer service. That includes delivery, item condition and packaging.
3. I'd say you were lazy, and you don't know the meaning of "mint".

How I see it, you've sold somebody damaged goods that didn't match the description, that arrived late causing inconvenience to the buyer and to top it all off there's another customer who's also unhappy with you. Yet you're being argumentative about it. Personally, that's enough to put me off buying from you in future. If anybody else decides to, more fool them.
