True. Will I need the standard filter then when I throttle body it then matey.
What sort of figures would you say mine was running with the mods that's on it now?

have you looked into throttle boddies properly yet? sounds as if you have a little reading up to do buddy, they get rid of the whole standard inlet system altogether,

Whats your spec just now?

Also found some paper work out saying the flywheel had been grinded so I presume it's been lightened and balanced if that would make much difference.

should see around 130-140 with that kind of mods on a good strong engine,

Just a lil update not much really.
Finally got round to spraying the covers on the rear windows as they were really dull.

Only sprayed them today so will laquer them tomorow and get them back on the car on monday.

Well thought the front speakers had been uprated until i took the covers off today and found these, lol.





look standard to me aswell as crap and look like they have been in there forever.

So went straight out and got these.

Cheers mate ye I like the colour that's the main reason I wanted this car when I saw it.
Mark now has the covers that he should be re doing next week.
Prob not a exact colour as car but look close enough so I'm happy with it, beats the yellow lol.

Lil update bought an original 106 gti battery cover to tidy the bay up more.
Seem to be rare now and also bought a top mount as one of my screws is snapped by a previous owner.
Just waiting for them to be posted out to me.

Next on my list will be to order cat cams next month.

IMO I think it does look better than before when it was sprayed in satin black.
