Default 17 inch alloys.

i had a set of 17's on my car. but took them off due to the rubbing. but now my car looks pretty shit tbh and i want them back.

the worst problem i had was the front tyre chewing into my heater pipe when i was full locking. would putting more spacers on solve this and be safe?

and also it rubbed at the back with people in it.
its lowered 40mm. would bringing it up 10mm make much difference?

thanks

if you have the correct offset on the front then they wont rub. so if you already have a set of wheels you will need to adjust the offset with spacers. as for the rear, you need to do some more arch work. mine is lowered 50mm at the back and it never rubs. even when i had my install in which made it at least another 20mm lower, it still didnt rub. no matter how much weight i have in the back it doent rub. there's no point raising it.
