As far as I'm aware, they literally push in.
So it's a matter for pulling the old ones out, and carefully pushing the new ones in. I read that a good way to do it, is to use a sucker to pull the old followers out.

the 5, 10 and possibly 20 peeps discount applies to vts only, 1.4 and 1.6 8v are at the price stated in post 1 what ever the amount of people are interested.

there isn't a ph2 for the 8v, as with the vts a ph2 is a mix of 1 and 3, can't do so on the 8v's.

the biggest they do is ph5, but thats a full race cam.
you'd need, good head work, throttle bodies, standalone management, high comp forged piston and con rods, and a fair few other bits really.
Oh, and it wouldn't be very user friendly, pretty much no power below 4000 rpm.
