My A048's were the same... Horrible to drive on the road in the wet but once warm on track they were great in even pretty decent rain.

It's not his fault man, he never gets a chance to drive it, it's either broken, or he's in a transit on his way to buy yet another one!

He drives 'a' kebab you mean.
He's upgraded to a twin cab transit, the rear cab is converted into a delicious kebab rotisserie

The battery is being charged as I type, I spent some time in the garage finding all the bits I have for it.
Cleaned injectors, black polybushes for the wishbones and ARB, strut top plates and adjustable topmounts.
Things will be happening
much track next year methinks, I'm also possibly getting a touran so I may get a trail0r

An update is overdue on this badger!
Okay so 2016 is upon us, 2 track days booked so far, Cadwell in March, Anglesey in September, going to try and get Croft in, FCS, some Knockhill runs etc.
I now have a comedy mum bus so that will perform tow duties so I don't explode the M5, so I'll get that in for a detachable tow bar in the new year then either loan a trailer from a local guy or buy one.
Right then, I also have a lot of parts for the VTS, and I'm sure I have a VTS somewhere too?
Aaaah!
Many days of swearing and much tidying happened, finally allowing me to unleash the ultimate weapon, behold!
Garage cleared and now able to actually get into it, D4MJT popped down for some bromance and tinkerings.
I'd had come InjectorTune cleaned injectors for over a year, so they went in!
I'd lashed my unlocked ECU the other week with the raised rev limit, it idled like a dog on the old injectors, I was expecting it to be exactly the same, how wrong I was -- > http://vid57.photobucket.com/albums/...ps7qbbweit.mp4
So then Christmas came, and so did santa, so I must have been a good boy!
A VTS box with a Quaife LSD, and XSI final drive, all put together by Quaife!
I also got a Satchell lower brace, and I bit the bullet and bought a Satch Shift.
Annoyingly when I went to push the car out of the garage it didn't want to move and made an awful creaking / clunking noise, I noticed some bits of red paint on the floor, my springs are red, ahhh.
Yup, one of the springs had snapped, I spent the following few days talking to Faulkner about uprated springs, and got very confused, and then these came up around 100 miles away!

Things happened last week, sexy things.
D4MJT piled down the week before last and the car was stripped to bits
I then may have cut my Mul-t-lock off, resulting in some slight floorpan holes, a bit, maybe.
Last week he piled down again and it was a good day!
Avo suspension on, Satchshift on, Powerflex black ARB bushes in, Quaife'd box in!
You can see the extra floor ventilation here, oops, oh and maybe where I took my powersaw to the dash freehand to make way for the Satchshift
And then we added an easy 50bhp

I think you need to do two things:
1 - loose the VTS door badges
2 - Add a 'honk if you're horny sticker'
