If you've couriered it properly, Ie; given the correct value of it.. You'll have insurance cover for it if it gets lost or damaged. So if it hasnt been delivered ring up and sort it out.. You'll get insurance pay from it and can refund the buyer.

edit: your latest Itrader feedback is going against you also, the same way this has..

its the sellers responsibility that the goods arrive. If it hasnt been delivered, thats your responsibility. Do you have a tracking code for it? You should do if its been couriered.
Normally if a courier cant deliver an item if the buyer isnt in, they'll leave a card so you can arrange for it to be redelivered. Has the buyer had one? If not, then it hasnt been sent at all.

So your head in courier services are you I did send a tracking number to him but he hasn't mentioned this

My dad owns a Logistics company..So yes.
Do you have proof of the tracking/postage for everyone to see? Its easy to claim to have done something.

I don't understand why things like this have to be so difficult.

You send a parcel using a courier and get a tracking number which you forward onto the buyer as well.
Delivery can't be made for whatever reason so they leave a card saying they will attempt redelivery x amount of times (or that you can collect from the depot).

I wasn't in for my last delivery but the card said they will attempt delivery the next day and the one more and then return to the sender. I called and picked it up from the depot but the card clearly stated what was going on if I hadn't of done this.

Why doesn't the seller call the courier company with the tracking number and ask where the parcel is??

That's a lie, everytime I have asked for proof or postage I got the usual excused like 'it's at work' I have never received any tracking number either.

I could understand if the courier has been at my house but 7 people including myself stay at the delivery address and there has been somebody in everyday without fail.

Post up the tracking number just now?

It seem's that proof of postage is a myth with this guy... o wait there was no postage involved. 540ish quid for taxi's to work but if he kept to the agreement it would of been 100ish

Complete joke if you ask me.
