Instead of making a separate thread I'll post here.

Are you sure the "Crankshaft pulley retaining bolts" for the VTS 16v are set to just 10nm? I found out on the 106 forum that they should be at 25nm instead which seems more reasonable to me? I set them at 10 on my VTS,haven't driven it yet but would like to find out the exact figure to be sure.

My Peugeot Engine Overhaul manual states 15Nm

That's on an 8v though. "accessory drive pulley".

I'm pretty sure the 16v torque won't be different. There will be no harm torquing them to 25Nm.
