Apple boffin HELP MEEEE!
SO basically the other day I open my itunes and its blank.
Its sat "scanning for media" and because this laptop is fairly new theres copies of songs everywhere and songs I dont have in my itunes. It ended up having 15000 songs there (usual of 2700) and it copied most songs 6 or 7 times which was fine as i removed these using the duplicate tool.
Today it cleared them AGAIN!!!
Ive just been sat for hours sorting them
what could be causing my library to disappear?

Happened to me before, delete everything. And re-download them from iTunes itself. Should work out.

when you actually bother to type in the search engine the words itunes and library, google makes the suggestion "disappeared". That was so hard to find, I need a nap now.

itunes and apple are just basically shit.
I wanted to put one song on to an iphone but itunes informed me it wanted to delete all songs on the phone first and then copy the one song. WHY?!"$"£$ It staggers me why ANYONE would buy anything with an apple logo on it. THey are all fucking shit.
