Give it a little tap with a hammer....that may loosen the threads a little.

If still no joy get the engine running so its up to temperature and try again.....obviously be careful you dont burn yourself though.

If still no luck......ask a mate who has bigger guns.

Why not just mask up when cold and spray around it?
I'd just remove it to be honest, cut the bolt off with a grinder

irwin extractor set might extract it.

Tbh I can just see the bolt head snapping off if it doesn't come off too easy.

it will probably just sheers off, but i'd put a breaker bar on it if you arent strong enough. Try the heat method first though

You /could/ use an Impact Driver with the correct socket on the end

is it tight or rounded off?
tight = breaker bar
rounded off= either smash a smaller socket onto it or use a decent set of mole grips

cus if a job is worth doing its worth doing right.

Try using an impact driver if you or a mate have one, that might do just the trick

as been said tbh, if it doesnt come loose easyits only going to snap anyway, they always do

shouldnt need a braker bar though, it should shear off quite easily with just a ratchet
