really easy to change 2 hex screws in the bezzle that surrounds the gauge's then 3 bigger hex screws that old the gauges in place then unplug.
and the milage stays the same as the car the clocks come off as there stored in the clocks not the e.c.u so unless u know a car clocker to put your origional milage on them your stuffed lol.

yeah its easy to change.. u need to disconnect battery (to stop ya air bag goin off).. and unscrew the steering wheel surrounds n wheel to get access to em but its easy enuff..
the milage wont be the same.. the new clocks u put in will have the milage from the car before..
i think you have to notify someone or something.. not too certain.. i was told i needed to in order to get through the mot.. but ill face tht problem nearer the time lol!
if your not to sure about how to change em a haynes manual will help alot

+1 on what bedford126 and 19paul89 said.
I believe "ryanmt" on here can alter the mileage on clocks off certain model saxos.. not sure which ones.
A company called Bluehawk electronics might be able to do it also.
