Ha, a mate works at a scrappy, Nr radstock place called dunkerton and theyve got a set down there but with 50 profile tyres, think they want £100 for them which int to bad...just dont do them red
Basically i want to upgrade to B8's and 45mm faulkners, and a better brake set-up which is what ill consentrate on more.
also looking at a one off, tis only small, but its secret

Very overdue update....
Well been some shit times lately, so havent been bothering with anything, now things are starting to get better...seems to be getting back to normal.
The red wheels have gone, now in ford graphite grey...
rollcage is red, but is soon going to be for sale, if my mate ian doesnt buy it...
a nice new bucket seat which i got for a total bargain on ebay...
a nicely flocked dash...
and a years MOT.
Took a little road trip to southampton, but before i went i had to remove the dash...
Driving the 40 odd miles like that was abit odd, espesially when your looking for the ash tray and wanting to asdjust the heating...
New dash in...
Was looking for a decent bucket seat on ebay for a while, missed a few that i was bidding on and searching for a bit i found this...
cost me £120 and it was brand new, only down side....it has "display stock" stiched into the head rest area (which can hardly be seen now its been coloured in )
Red cage...
F'ed lower strut brace
New shinney ford graphite grey S wheels...
Bad times....
The gearbox mount decided to undo itself, which i can only put down to either not being tight enough (even though its been on for over a year) or where the strut brace was so bent that it was hitting the lower mount sending vibrations through the gearbox and casuing it to vibrate free, it now has 2 nuts so its nice and locked in
worse than the mexican gulf oil spill...
And a picture with my mates new rallye (ian who had the white one for a month, then sold it, im sure hel'll update, as the new one is a queen)
last but not least...
my £40 vts engine
cambelt has snapped on it, so im totally rebuilding it with cams over the winter and spring ready for FCS next year....

Rewind....
Picked this up yesterday
1994 Ax spree
994cc
4 speed
105k (at time of speedo cable snapping lol)
9 months mot, 3 months tax
and £160 well spent.
This will be my winter run about and daily to college while the saxo goes off the road.
during the time off the road i hope to achieve:
Full Rebuilt vts engine with ph3/708's
Full cage
106 flocked dash with mk2 dial conversion
Another bucket seat and 5 point harnesses
Coilover conversion
Fully stripped
This will be a weekend car and track car, but the main reason for it is to show what skills ive learnt at college, sort of what like companies do to show what services they offer.
