Right, the other day my mate was round and he was looking at the 106oc as he has a 106gti. And he clicked on one of there stickys and it was shot of the month

I look on here for it or something like it. And the only thing I could find was fave pics of your saxos. Don't get me wrong it's brill but was thinking go a little bit more and do what they do.

Basically every month there is a comoption on the best pic of your car but with a themed backdrop. E.g May 2010 (tunnel shoot).
You just simply take a pic of your car no Photoshop or nothing just simply your car and the theme. And then it gets voted for at end of month.

As it's jan it would be a good time to start it. Maby get mods to try and sticky it up n everyone join in?

I did suggest something similar a while ago.
People vote for best pic each month then a calendar gets made from the 12.

well then they wont be winning anything haha

there would have to be rules like..... good quality photo, no dark photos, only allowed to submit one photo etc etc and point someone moderator to delete photos that dont comply lol i'll stand for mod haha

Think its a good idea, But would need rules like Jism said.

The odd one would post with a iphone pic, but it wont be any contest for the likes of proper camera's... But then again, some people dont have access to one, or the skills to use them..

Think its worth a go though.

This month there is a set theme and that is the Country Lane Theme. You can only post your car/picture which involves the theme, if you fail to the picture will not qualify for polls.

Usual rules,
1 picture only which is taken by yourself in January,
No photoshops (borders etc)
Pictures only please !
No General Chat

These Rules are here for a reason ! If you break them your entry for the month will be deleted and you cannot enter until the next month.

Any abuse from members to mod's about the post entry being deleted will be dealt with.

That is their rules. So if we do something like that?
And looks like we got an idea for jan. Car park theme?
And winner just gets pride and a big head coz they can boast about having the best photo that month.

The joys of copy n paste are amazing. Don't knock it lol.
It was alot easier like that so people get the rough idea on what to do

thought it would make it easier for everyone to get a picture in their head going

N people with good cameras, rubbish cameras and iPhone cameras. It's the whole point of a compition ain't it? Some people are skilled with just standard picture taking ability though.

yea if you've got an iphone you'll just have to do the shooting during the day lol tough shit lol ive got a cheapish digi cam fine during the day, crap at night though, thankfully my dad has a dslr so im all set lol

sounds like a good idea , when will this be starting.. also what section will it be in so its easy to access. i think it should be in a new section , like the track section
