This does sound good, but im not sure on who gets to decide the winning picture?
If say 40 people put a picture in, it will be a phatt thread to look through who eveyone has voted for.
So id say it would be a mod only thing, behind the scenes to discuss, or for them tot ake in turns to pick who.
