We had a rep system but it was abused so it isn't used at the moment.
We don't need it, we have a function to report posts that are spam or abusive.

The reason rep got removed was because it was being abused.
For buying and selling we have iTrader which when used properly works like eBay feedback. The problem is some people just don't use it!
