If you have a stand pass then you will deffinately see me! I'll be the stressed out bald guy trying to setup the flags and banners before rushing off for track briefing at 0800!

If you miss that bit, I'll be about for the sax-p awards that we usually do at 2pm. Plus, I'll be hovering about all day. The car will also have my username plates on so you can't miss it.

Getting excited and nervous now. Little bits left to do.

Oi!! Its important to have at least one person worrying, it encourages the rest of the team to work harder lol.

Seriously though, its almost done! I spent ages tagging around with the passenger side, rear wishbone bush last night so tonight after work I need to do the drivers side bush which should go a lot easier as it won't be dark!

After that the arb bushes go on and get bolted in place and its done for the exterior stuff.

The clocks and centre console need fitting then the steering wheel followed by the cage and the seat and harness... Then its done!

Its really starting to grind on me now, I just want to finish it but instead I have to go to work! I might have to throw a sickie at this rate! Hahaha.

Well, I finally got the last few mechanical bits done. The only things left now are fitting the clocks and centre console, The steering wheel, the cage and the seat. I have a few bits of wiring that need wrapping too.

Only got a few pics so here you go.

Ooh, forgot to mention, yesterday I was dealt a major hammerblow!

I recieved the email from TRAX reminding us to bring both parts of our driving licences... The very same one I had just sent away a few days prior!! Gutted!

Upshot is, I won't be on track so I have a slot at 0900 to sell (pm me of your interested - £30, cash only.)

The car will still at the show!

I know... Total brain fart on my behalf! Already have a few ideas of what I want sorting before the ring trip... If it all comes together it should look and go well.

I did that mate. Its the tracks policy, some aren't as strict but most big tracks won't let you on without both parts. Think airfields and little independent tracks aren't as strict though.

Cheers Sam. Glad its 'done' now.

Few things I found on the short drive last night...

A048'S WITH 10psi + No PAS = sore arms!

Exhaust needs sealing and fitting so it doesn't bang on the floor.

Tracking needs doing.

Speedo and rev counter don't work but everything else does? Any ideas?

Rear arb needs tightening.

Other than that she needs a quick wash.
