Default Citroen berlingo, might be wrong section?!?

Got a citroen berlingo 1.9D and the rocker cover is leaking, been looking on the internet and I think there's 2 rocker gaskets for the model of my engine (DW8) checked the dipstick the other day and there wasn't any oil in it, it had been sitting for a while, would a blown rocker gasket cause this or is there further problems, has anyone had experience on these engines, any feedback will be appreciated,

Thanks

If it's leaking really badly then yes,but you'd notice the level dropping if you are keeping on top of things.either that or seal/seals have perished.

There's signs of oil leak all round the rocker cover, quite heavy leaking tbh, I haven't kept in top of things as it's off the road and hasn't been getting used, I'm take the rocker off tomorrow anyways to see of they've perished, just wanted to see if anyone had similar experience

Vacuum pumps leak often too.

Also a good idea to replace Injector leakoff pipes if the injectors are oily.
