I went down to demon tweeks last weekend and got some 3-point OMP racing harnesses that arnt even in the catalogue yet! they had no other road legal harnesses in and the fella serving said, " these arnt meant to be on sale until after new year, but since you came all this way and you really need em, al sell you a set" i was so made up, £96 all in all, took about an hour to fit. pics will be up soon. Just wondering is anyone heading upto grizedale in cumbria 2 morow? the coppermines and grizedale forest stages are on, should be good.

prob looking more around 110 to 115 bhp on a 90 bhp motor mate to get any more you would need headwork boddies and aa wild cam

i had a 98bhp vtr which is what urs is aswell... the silver top is 98bhp and the black top 90bhp.Mine had a supersprint 421 s/s manifold, powerflow s/s straight through centre section with scorpion s/s backbox with 3"exit,bmc induction kit and head rebuilt with a port'n'polish and skimmed also... and was at 120bhp so with a high lift cam kit and a remap u should see about 133bhp

his is a 90bhp model mate you can tell by the throttle boddie he and i doubt you were running 133 bhp unless it was a verywild cam and a standalone ecu that had a really good map on it

You fit it like this:
I forgot to fit mine properly and fit it the way you did, and an alarming smell of petrol started coming into the car, you need that other part connected to the breater.
I did this for you mate from your 1st image so you can see what you need to do:
