I would definitely get a tyre fitter to put them on his wheel balancer to take a look. He will know straight away if they can be balanced or if they are buckled

Very strange. Only thing that would do that is above, wheel isn't sitting flat on the spacer ) drum. I would definitely get it checked out by a competent tyre fitter / mechanic to balance then and see if the wheels are fitted correctly

So i tightened the wheel bolts more on both rear wheels and the pulsation is almost gone during high speeds, vibration in the seat is gone.

Only a slight pulsation at about 50km/h but i think the fact that the back brakes are crap they are affecting this also

Hey today i was looking at the rear of the car and oddly enough i saw the rear right tyre leaning in. The rear left is straight. This means something bad in trailing arms?

wheels and brakes are both shot, and you're trying to fix that using the turd glitter method. Nothing to advise but to replace the lot here. Ultimately that's a safety issue, but that's your call though I wouldn't want to be a passenger in your car.

If you carry on like that, suspension and axle are next.

Brakes are on their way to get replaced. However on another note i read on this forum that when a tire leans inward it is a problem with the trailing arm

Yes negative camber can be a sign of axle wear.

Normally there will be play in the axle when you jack the rear of the car, then eventually the wheel touches the inner wheel arch.
