Smile where to start?

I've recent bought a 2001 Saxo 1.1 that's completely standard and id like to start modifying it but i've got no idea where to start and which parts to buy.

Are there any starting points that make sense to get done first? Or any part brands that are better than others?

thanks

I agree with the other dudes. Save your money to spend on a better car.

A 1.1 is never going to be good unless you stick another engine in it.
