i've noticed a few digs about this, can saxos not do 60 in 2nd? or just vtrs, i know the ralye is geared for 62 in second.

please explain

people claim that there vtr can do 60 in second. it cant, it may appear that way on the clock, but thats not the actual speed, but people dont listen and stil say everyone else is wrong.
