Broken finger
Right so it looks like ive broken my finger. My brother dropped a barbell with 70kg on it onto my finger. Not goin to lie im in agony lol the whole end of it has brused and is turning black. I managed to finish the workout, just
Reckon i should continue training or would it be wise to give it a rest. Feels as tho someones trying to tell me to give up atm lol

Haha aye. Wouldnt be arsed but its my index finger on my left hand and im left handed lol. Having real problems gripping stuff. Cant even ride the bike as its my clutch hand. Fuck sake!
