Saxo VTS 1.6cc 16V: 1-2 series differences
Good morning all,
I'm looking for a Saxo VTS 1.6cc 16V but I'm not sure about difference between 1st and 2nd series.
Besides obvious styling differences I'm not sure on mechanichal side.
Can you help me?
Thanks a lot!

Mk1 if you’re male. Mk2 if you’re a lady person.
Also mercury grey or gtfo.
Also lowered and smoked jewels.

Slight cylinder head differences, engine management. Other than that, not a lot at all really, just bodywork and interior trim

Thanks
So if I wanted to use the car for future rally I think it makes no difference.
About cylinder head, I think it will be replaced by C2 version.

If you put the c2 head on a Saxo bottom end youll end up with effectively a low compression motor.

Also with a complete tuning offline the engine?
I heard that head replacement could be anche improvement.
By the way, I will study the best configuration or the engine
Thanks

Did you hear this from facebook groups? If so, be weary. A lot of people on facebook claim to be experts but don't know their rim from their quim.
