Well i got my 1.1 for my 17 b-day, Was totally delight didnt expect it atoll. My mates were wetting them self laughing, rather than jump in the car the first thing i did was take the wheel trims off! "3 Stud (Great)"
Any way i didnt waste any time! Got an induction kit. The usual. But i took an oath, thou shall not put Ripspeed any were near my car!!
Then came the exhaust! Witch got me an asbo! I kinda regret getting that exhaust! 3" Savage back box. Alot of people thought it was straight throw!
Then after about 3 months of looking for 3 Stud wheels, I found the set i loved! Its so.... hard to get a nice set.
The car was starting to come along just nicely, But one thing was bugging me "how it looked like a jeep" So i got 50mm spax spring i was going to go g-max but they have got a bad rep for there springs sagging after a whily. And while i was at it i thought that i would mesh the grill and get the angel headlights for it.
Then came the dreaded t-bar, i was really not looking forward to how i was going to do this. But my mate he has got a saxo and did his himself "Brave" So i said i would give him £40 quid for it, 4hrs and a threaded bolt the car looked like this,
I was so happy how the car was starting to look! I didnt have my test so i was just focusing on getting the car ready.
I was polishiong it all the time what a shine come off the posi blue colour!!!
I was a lil bit drun on ebay on night and decided that i needed new lights haha, they came from germany. Thats all i know about them! haha
Next came the debadging of the boot, i like cars to have a clean look about them so i debaged it.
The car was almost ready just tarted up the interior i air brushed the centre console and dash vents, it was like ford dimond whit with bmw silver.
Got the windows tinted, painted the brakes and i know, i know (Bonnet lifters) lol, i dont think they look that bad!
Well 9 months later and it looks like this + the saxo sticker witch i dont like! haha.
I am totally delighted how it turned out!!
But the worst thing happened i lost my licence! Grrrrr! I couldnt get over it! Anyway i thought it was time for a wee make over! So i decided and it was a big decition Black or white wheels, then i thought every one were i live has got white apart from a few so i made the leap, and painted them black!
4 litre of paint and the same in laquer and hear they are, they dont look shiney in the picture due to the track were i live, all the dust went on them.
thats it really for just now i got a smothed boot for it witch hopefully i will get it on this weekend, also got a spolier for it just the standard one, if its one thing i hate its that 2fast2furious spolier on saxos!!!!
Thanks! Craig
