Wheels are nicely coloured, need to learn how to use masks on the rest mate. Also, try using a softer brush, less hard lines.

As i said, its not horrendous! Ive seen much worse.

Have a look at some tutorials online mate, look at masking and brush techniques.

use the lasso tool like for the wheels but for most things then when your done go lightly around the edge with the smudge tool
here's a link which may be helpful some of it is a bit hard but it's good
