Right thought a few people might be interested to watch this thread i started a deca durabolin + testosterone enanthate stack on may 1st.
Im jabbing 4 ml aweek 1ml of Deca 1 ml off test twice a week for 10 weeks, drop the deca run test for a furthur 2 weeks Then 3weeks from last jab im on a 4 week pct with clomid+nolvadex.. This is all been done under supervision of some highly experienced bodybuilders of course heres my progress:
stats at start of cycle (1st may)
22years old
5.10ft
73 kg
routine:
5 day split .. sat Sunday rest days
diet:
7.30 am: oats hand full of almonds whey protein
8.30 am: gym
10.00am whey protein , Mackerel in oil (one tin)
12.00pm one chicken breast , boiled potatoes , peas , carrots
2.00pm normally couple of fruit and few spoons full of peanut butter (love this stuff)
4.00pm small beef steak ,boiled potatoes, peas and brown rice
6.00pm bowl off oats hand full of almonds
8.00pm whey protein
10.00pm spoon full of peanut butter then bed
