Default Uprated engine and gearbox mounts

Im looking for recommendations for engine and gearbox mounts for my 106 Gti track car, there are a few on the market but never fitted them to any of my road cars. The car will be used on the road and tarmac track / rally day event.

All depends on what you want..
Semi rigid
Poly
Solid
Nylon

All depends on what you're looking for and what suspension mods you have. My ep3 drag car has solid but they are hideous on the road and have taken 2 inch from my height due to vibration of the spine.

On a serious note what do you plan on using the car for the most road or track?

Track days, sprints and rally days plus I'll run it around on the road every now and then during the summer, probably not a good idea with solid mounts I think.
