Default Interior buzzing noise.

Hello, when the engine is running I can hear disturbing buzzing noise (like an old refridgerator). Firstly, I thought it could be the heater blower, but it is in fine condition. The noise comes from nearby passenger side dashboard. 2002 Saxo 1.4 VTS, with A/C (doesn't matter whether is on or off)

I had some spare time, so I unplugged 25A fuse from under dasboard and the buzzing noise was gone. Tommorow I will try to figure out what it is finally.

I found an issue. The noise was coming from small motor, which steers vent flaps. After unplugging its power cable the problem is gone.
