I had this problem, does your battery and charger both work well? If they are fine, system restore it to a date when it worked fine

Win32 is the operating system. Sounds like something has been deleted somwhere, maybe a virus has infected it etc.
I had it before when i kicked my computer, i "knocked" the HDD and fucked it up.

Best to run a disc throught it if restore dont work.
Do you not have a back-up boot disc

Download CCleaner.

Its free and normally finds and replaces any files that have been deleted.

Is my suggestion anyway

Since when? :/

It cleans your registry? lol

Do a HDD check.

Scan your HDD for bad sectors.

Try a windows repair.

Try a reformat & install. ' Will loose your data unless you can backup'

Agree with this, CCleaner prob won't do anything....although wont do any harm either

Do a full virus/spyware/malware scan to be safe
Do an Checkdisk (google it for more info) to check for bad sectors on the disk
Sytem restore is normally shite and doesnt work anyway so a windows repair as mentioned above is a good option to try

Does the error mention any file names?
When does it appear? On boot? Randomly? When you open something?
Try and reinstall your browser or update it to the latest version?
Do a Windows update (sounds stupid but may help)
Update the drivers for your hardware (network, display etc)
Failing that, a format and reinstall of the OS would be the last resort

win32 services is usually a generic host process which is trying to gain access to the internet this could be windows or a trojan personally would start with it being a virus, that has got right down deep make sure you give it a good clean with a good anti virus scanner. Norton probably won't pick something like this up.

If not it could be an automatic update problem iirc windows had a security problem on xp which bought up this error after the update turn your updates off then restart then update your computer manually then turn automatic updates back on. There is also a registry key which can be changed, if none of this works
