PS3, 360 or Wii? (Wii Purchased) - Saxperience

I know it's been asked but I need some opinions...

Reasons for buying and not;

PS3:
+ Grand Theft Auto IV
+ Gran Turismo HD (Late Nov)
+ Follow the trend of never buying anything other than a PS
+ I Like the controllers over any other
- Most expensive
- Seems to have the same games as the 360
- Not as many games as the 360

360:
+ Grand Theft Auto IV
+ Seems Popular with alot of games
+ Cheaper than a PS3
- Doesn't have Gran Turismo HD
- Not sure on the Controllers
- Heard they brake alot?

Wii:
+ Fun with the family
+ Interactive games
+ Alot cheaper than the above
- Doesn't have any single player games
- Doesn't have Gran Turismo HD or Grand Theft Auto IV
- Any more than 1 person and it will cost 120£+ for controllers etc

Somebody help me please!

Drove through RETTTTfud yesterday Danny. Way back from clumberpark.

You know what im gonna say dont you........

360. Everyone has one. They are definatly user friendly and most value for money. Theres some awesome games coming out too. By the way any game you buy if you have a HD TV with your xbox will play HD.

PM soulless for info on how to set it up though cos im still on the 80's grundig tv in my bedroom.

Having owned all 3 i say the 360.

PS3 lacked at the time (nov last year)
Wii hasnt been turned on since Dec last year
360 its ok. prefer then outa the 3 at the moment

PS3 - is all good im getting one soon for a BD player

360 - Have one love it, great games not a real gamer but good thing to play!

Wii - Also have one and it's by far the most fun game, and there are loads of single player games??

got a 360 elite and love it to bits the amont of games and XBOX LIVE IS THE WAY FORWARD!!!!!!!

but am looking to get a wii for the lounge for those drunk partys and when mates come over also good for just me and the other half

Aye, I do have a HD tv - I also recall I was the reason Leckie went out and bought his haha. They do seem the cheapest, but when I keep reading about people having to send them back I got abit put off...

But what about now?
With the GT:HD coming out for the PS3 would that change anything, or would you still pick the 360?

What did you think to the Wii?

Bear in mind I have a massively expensive gaming PC, so all the FPS games I can use on the PC - Want a console for arcade games, and racing games mainly!

The wii was great.....for about a week. Mrs used to go onit and buy like guys everyweek. Now she just doesnt bother.

I not over arsed by GT. i used to enjoy them but i kinda did the driving thing with Forza 2 and that is enough driving for me lol.

Id stick to the 360 just for live. yeh its £35 a year but its hardly alot. Sony are bringing out 'home' which is just like an online sims. Looks shit to me but alot of people on here think its the best thing since sliced bread. But saying that they are sony fanboys.

Personally i would get the 360.

I got my Wii on release date and hammered it for a week, and then i honestly put it back in its box for about 6-8 months just got board, now i find myself renting/ buying 1-2 games every 2 weeks to keep use of it, fun as though, nd great family console for your mates aswell when the drinking sessions are at home!

Guys? Lol. - Yeah thats the risk, if I bought one will I be bored of it straight away!!

Whats Forza like? And Live is that online gaming then? Not really fussed about that either, usualy prefer to beef about on single player for a few hours.

So why is the PS3 so more expensive then? I Assumed it was a faster console?

360 or ps3, the wii gets boring after ten mins. if you are a proper gamer (gta, gt, r6 vegas etc) then a wii would be a mistake

the ps3 and xbox are the same for me. both very good consoles (i dont use live)

all the good games will be out on both consoles (apart from gt5) like gta4, fifa, pro evo, saints row, r6 vegas 2, call of duty 4

5 year old sister has a better score than me lol

wii is much better than a ps3

Pro on bowling of course......

Sunday night was Darts night and then following on we played Sambuca bowling.....

If you dont get a strike or pick up the spare on 2nd shot you have to down a sambuca....was some pretty ruined people around...then I took all their money in poker and blind chase the ace.
