I read here Link that GTA4 is going to be released 30th November but its just a rumor and decent PC would be able to run GTA 4.

I have to wait to see if the posty has my GTA 4.
Aye PC's could run GTA 4 imo but you would have to spend rayker loads on a graphics card and ram etc.
My PC barely runs San Andreas lol.

got mine yesterday.
good game aint hada chance to "get into it" you needa few hrs to get started on it as its so slow getting into (compared to whats to come)
big let down is driving its pretty shit more realistic "than before" but its now pretty poor cars wobble all over n brakes dont exist but iv heard it gets better... just waint for when i can commit hrs of my life to it and go mental.

Yeah I watched some gameplay videos and the cars seem to have a fair bit of bodyroll.
But I'm used to it in real life because my car has no anti-roll bars
