Erm yeah, they not replying to my emails or phone calls (was gonna ask you if they contacted you yet - I passed on your details).
Small claims is the way forward, but the bloody paperwork is ridcularse (sp is meant to be like that) - so it will have to wait till I have a clear head and time on my hands (hopefully Friday)

Right, heres the situation as it stands.
Paypals stance: "we know he's been ripping people off, so we found in your favour. Couldnt get any cash off him though, so unlucky this time, you lose. Not our problem"
Police stance: "Have you any idea how busy we'd be if we had to chase every case of 'fraud' on paypal? Not our problem".
Have been advised by Citizens Advice Bureau to just go ahead with small claims court.
Moral of the story, make a living ripping people off, youll get away with it.
If anyone wants info on proceeding with small claims court, let me know.

Go for it, as i've said if you want a full ip report then you could give me your solicitor's address and i'll happily post it. That goes for anyone going via small claims (everyone should now be looking into this route, if you don't then you clearly have too much money to allow some piece of shit rip you off and not be bothered about it)

i mean fools for not going to the police already.
fair do's for buying stuff off here, but should of gone to police by now and got them on his case, just saw so many people giving him about 3 weeks to sort it, when it takes 5 days for a cheque to clear in his acct
