Just looked further and it seems the house is unoccupied since 2003 onwards? Which might explain why theres no answer on the phone, but i didn't think the phone would even be there to ring if theres no one living there?
And that photo from Google Street surely wasn't from 2002, they didn't have Google street then? And theres a guy working in the garden

does the landline number you have match any address you have in the directory?
if so i say we all send a first class letter with this thread tagged in it as a hard copy to his house notifying him there are alot of angry mother fuckers with his address

Reported to the Police, they did say they can drop the case if refunded but I doubt he'll have the common sense to do that.
I printed everything out before he changed it so they have lots to go on

Paypal should get your money back no problem aslong as you didn't pay by gift
They will still be investigating him
Have you contacted Paypal via phone (dont mess on emailing them)
They are aware of him, and it would be best if everyone affected would phone Paypal and let them know the issue they have and ask them what the outcome may be
