I've bought some lockwood dials for my vtr, just wondering is it necessary to remove the airbag and the steering wheel to fit them or is there an easier way of getting the instrument panel off, cos i'm having real trouble loosening the torx screws on the steering wheel.

i used my torx screwy at an angle and it came off.
