Pager View - Saxperience

I use the pager system alot and sometimes send a page to someone and then log off. I then get a response back and have forgotten what the previous message said. Partially my fault for not remembering. However, this problem would be solved if there was an option to display the previous message. thoughts?

I would also like to see this implemented, use the pager a fair bit myself and often forget the previous message

The idea of the pager is its for quick messages - they automatically get deleted a while after they have been read.

In the time BEFORE they are deleted, you can view received and sent pager messages by clicking the pager button at the top right.

This not what you mean?

If you want a message to last for longer, use the PM system and manually delete at your will

We cant see the messages we have sent though, only the ones recieved.

Would be good if we could quote messages

i think they want the previous message to be shown when they get a reply

I purposely dont want to make the pager feature heavy - PM's give you all of the options you need. Pagers are simply for a quick message. The way the pager works is not simple - we are doing well to keep it functioning at all. It should have died 2 years ago, but we re-hacked it to keep it kicking (just)

Never knew about the sent items

I am glad you kept it kicking, it's a really useful facility
