Default Getting Xbox fixed...

So I got the dreaded E74 message and the thing is completely dead. Filled out the form online to get them to fix it as it's still under warranty, but I'm really confused. They sent me an e-mail confirming it, which had instructions for posting it or getting it collected, and instructions about UPS delivering a box for me to package it in? Then I got the shipping label e-mailed to me as they said but I still have no idea if they are going to collect it or if I have to take it to their nearest depot?

Anyone ever used the online repair thing and could help me out? Also, if I have to take it to them, what do I need to package it in? A plain cardboard box with a lot of padding inside I'm guessing?

Do I need to package it before they pick it up?

Use a big frosties or cornflakes cereal box, fits perfect with some bubble wrap
