rate my sups for next month

ok my supplements are nearly gone now so im ordering in next week
Im on a bulk and just eating lots of clean foods every 2 1/2 - 3hrs using just a whey shake pre and post workout and in the morning

Anyway im think of ordering some phd pharma gain and phd synergy iso-7
will these work well together?
And which would be best times to use them, i was thinking meal 2 replaced with the gainer and having the synergy just before and after a workout instead of whey

myprotine stuff is cheep for a reason - coz its shit. i hate it. you can buy better products for a little dearer.

and i thought you were gunna post a few things for suppliments not just protein

what about you multi viamins ect all needed.

From what i've used of my protein it is all very good quality suppliments.

Myprotein supps are very good with good gains BUT imo they taste utter shite.

Prefer the Holland & Barrett supps for a nice tasting shake

i get omega fish oils from there and my milled oats. dont get protine its utter wank - like i said its cheep for a reason

Not a fan of h+b sups heard bad things from alot of people i used the strawberrys and cream whey and tasted nasty.

I got my multi-vits sorted too.

I've never used myprotein but some of the stuff on there doesnt look too bad, may try some in a while but for now phd is doing the job very well for me.

Also my protein is not cheaper im paying £30 for the big tub of phd and my-protein is £35 with p+p on top unless i order more with them

holland a barrett stuff is total shit there is so many other places to buy from and most do free postage
