well im not a very happy chappy tonight went to use the xbox after sumtime off it (playing wii) and found my account suspended due to payment issues
after following a few easy steps i found out the card had expired so thought i would get a 12 month sub and when trying to register that i couldnt as im on a pay monthly thing ie 4.99 a month but theres no "cancel" so im stuck when i enter my code it gives me a message saying ive all ready subscribed and cant use this code, yet its made me reregister a card to make payment??

Should be able to change all your payments and subscriptions.

done this mate edited all sections and cant remove the card, now entered a new card in hope to sort it,

im back on live after paying 4.99 though the new card.

now ive tryed canceling this but no joy, after a quick google it seems this is a common problem.

so ill have to speak to a support line or something.... the joy

im now stuck with a 12month live subscription and cant use it!!

I had to ring them up to change from a pre-paid card thingy to a debit card. I have to say that they were really helpful though.
