i gave training a little shot for a few months but didnt find enough motivation to keep going...my main things that ive learned, be patient and dont overtrain, give a few days between heavy training.. its not the training that bulks u up its when your muscles recover while resting that builds them. also you MUST give enough time for the energy stores (glycogen) in your muscles to recover after heavy training, if you dont do this then your muscles wont be getting a good workout because they wont have enough glycogen to work to there full potential. oh and you have to eat alot, protein shakes help but arent essential, just getting a lot of milk, protein and carbohydrate will do the trick.

i buy Gripper's to train my forarms have done for about 8 months i bought a four set of these http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Heavy-Grip-150...QQcmdZViewItem

i got the 100 - 150 - 200 - 250lb's

there really good but the 100 is a waste of time and from my experience don't bother with cheap grippers the plastic type from sports shops you can do hundred of reps of those
