Default Pain in my arm

I'm getting a pain in my arm after workouts. It's hard to explaun but I'll try my best. Basically it gets 'full' and 'fat' and when I prod it, it hurts a lot. It hurts when i don't prod it. After a hour or 2 it's fine and back to normal. Just a little weird I thought.

Am I just over doing it a little or what?

I've circled it to show were it is.

Not when I lift things. Mainly all arm exercises. The pain kicks in afterwards.

not sure then, its a tad to far up the forearm for the tendon, might just be a strained muscle, might have to let off it for a wee while

Hmm Id go book an apointment with your physio, you can go straight to them, dont have to go through your doctor. Its not just from the muscular pump no?
