What exercises do you do for tris?? Seeing as they make up about 70% of your upper arm???

weighted dips to warm up
cable kick backs + reverse with w bar
over hand kick backs straight bar
french press
skull crushers
tricep machine
diff tricep machine i dont know the name of lol

All I do are;
Dips
Overhead tricep extension
and bent over Side arm raises
Some people on here may do a lot more though.
Personally I find them one of the most difficult muscles to exercise, along with shoulders.

Your right though mate 3 exercises is ample for smaller muscle groups

Not necessarily. I do 4 exercises, if I do any less I don't feel them at all. Each person is different

A skull crusher is where you lay on a flat bench with a straight bar held vertically up.. then bend from the elbow bringing the bar down to your forehead..

Some people use barbells instead however its safer to use dumbells (hence the name)
