Default whens the best time of day to take these sups

im using animal m-stak this month i have also bought some multi-vits and multi omegas

just wondered if the omegas and vits should be taken with the meal before i take my m-stak or if i will just as good results taken them with a different meal through the day

heres my plan

7.00 meal 1
10.00 meal 2
1.00 meal 3
4.00 meal 4 plus synergy
5.00 m-stak
5.30 train
6.30 synergy
7.00 meal 5
10.00 bedtime meal

just wondering what meal i should take the vits and omegas for maximum gains?

In my view vitamins aren't beneficial to your training so unlike protein or creatine It doesn't really matter when you take them. Vitamin terms I take cod liver oil and prim rose oil (for skin/acne benefits) and I tend to take them before bed as your body goes through its most strict cycles during your sleep.

i always take my multi vits in the morn so with meal one give it time to digest and not mix with other suppliments.

vitamins arnt benaficial??????? what planet do you live on when training or even when your not training your body needs vitamins mate i carnt stress how much you body needs atleast a multivitamin a day. (thats what i have) im not a brainbox but ive done my reserch and vitamins are essential imo

y0u can actually spend a f0rtune 0n vits and mins if y0u wanted t0 buy everything seperate. b0dybuilders w0uld want highere d0sages thatn n0rmal aswell th0ugh im 0nly 0n a multi vit as im just maintaining

i got the holland and barrat sport multis for bodybuilding they seem good my bro got some multibionta and mine have so much more in them

yh it only says with 1 meal but to take 3 a day so gonna take with meal 1,3 and 5 as each pill contains like 1000%+rda of certain vits

and veg is one thing i need to sort into my diet
